Aircraft + crew scheduling

One calendar schedules the aircraft and the pilots together, so the flight department isn't juggling three tools for what should be one workspace. Conflicts surface before they post. It replaces the separate aircraft and crew calendars that never line up.

Frequently asked questions

Part 91 — common questions

What can a Part 91 flight department run today?+

Live today: aircraft and crew scheduling, the aircraft program with AD/SB tracking, the pilot credentials vault, the 61.51 logbook, recurrency, and fatigue tracking. Flight planning with weight & balance and weather briefing is in development, targeted for Q1 2027 — built and in testing, not yet enabled in production.

Does AviationAlley provide certified weight & balance data?+

No. The in-development flight-planning module computes W&B from aircraft profiles you enter; a certified commercial W&B data feed (such as AeroData) would be a separate integration, not a built-in claim. Flight planning itself is in development, targeted for Q1 2027.
