Conflict-aware scheduling

A week view that catches the double-booking before you do.

Book simulators, classrooms, aircraft, and crews on one calendar with live conflict detection. Briefing and debrief blocks attach to every session, and the trainee sees their slot in the portal before they arrive — all in the same workspace that runs your compliance, logbook, and dispatch.

Conflicts caught at booking

Device, instructor, and trainee are all checked for overlap before a session saves. The clash shows up inline — you fix it before it's on the board, not after someone's standing at the sim.

One step, fully staffed

Assign the instructor and trainee as you build the booking, with briefing and debrief blocks attached. Simulators, classrooms, and aircraft all live on the same calendar.

Everyone sees their slot

Trainees get a secure portal link with their upcoming sessions; instructors see their assignments in their workspace. SMS reminders go out automatically before each booking.

Why the schedule is the center of the operation

FAQ

How does conflict detection work?

Every booking checks the device, the instructor, and the trainee for an overlap before it saves. If a simulator, classroom, or crewmember is already committed for that window, the conflict surfaces inline so you resolve it before it lands on the schedule — not after a pilot shows up.

Can I schedule simulators, classrooms, and aircraft together?

Yes. One calendar covers full-flight simulators, FTDs, AATDs/BATDs, classrooms, and aircraft. Briefing and debrief blocks attach to each session so the room and the device are both reserved around the event, not just the device.

Do trainees and instructors see their assignments?

Each trainee gets a secure portal link (no login required) showing their upcoming sessions; instructors see their assignments in their own workspace. You assign instructor and trainee in a single step when you build the booking.

What happens when a session is completed?

Completed sessions feed the rest of the platform automatically — flight time posts to the pilot's 61.51 logbook by crew seat, utilization rolls into reports, and recurrency clocks update. No double entry.
