Pax count and cargo weight are captured on the same release, which also runs a live approximate gross-weight, CG, and envelope-check preview (excl. fuel) off the Part 91 W&B engine — an approximated load arm, not certified per-station data, so the dispatcher's own weight-and-balance process stays authoritative. This needs an aircraft picked with weight data on its profile — when one isn't picked yet, or the profile is missing empty weight, the release says so plainly instead of showing a number; when empty weight is on file but max gross isn't, the gross weight and CG still show, with the status reading "can't confirm" instead of a pass. The envelope-check pill is a separate, third condition — it only appears when the profile also has CG limits on file; without them the CG number still shows with no in/out-of-envelope indicator at all. It replaces the trip sheet rebuilt by hand per leg.
