Instructor CFI / CFII / ATP currency sits on the same Due-Soon → Overdue pipeline, so a lapsed authorization surfaces before it grounds a class. When a POI or PMI visits, inspection mode gives them read-only navigation scoped to the records they need, paired with a time-limited invite that expires on its own — no shared login to clean up, and what they viewed lands in the audit trail.
