Where AviationAlley wins

  • Deeper Part 121 + AQP support — they're Part 135-focused.
  • Full audit trail + FAA inspection mode that meets evaluator workflows.
  • Open REST API v1 + webhooks — they ship API access on enterprise only.
  • Multi-base operations module with per-base FAR 117 windows (they treat bases as labels).
  • Native pilot bidding with PBS rule catalog for unionized fleets.

Where FltLogic still wins

  • Mobile-first design is a notch ahead — particularly for line-crew dispatch flows.
  • Strong support for Caribbean + Latin-American charter ops (we don't have specific market support there yet).
  • Faster product velocity than the legacy platforms on UI changes.

We're not pretending these are weaknesses. They're real wins for FltLogic. Buy honestly.

Honest answers to the questions you're really asking

FltLogic's mobile UX looks better than yours. Is that fair?

Honest answer: on mobile-first dispatch flows specifically, they're a notch ahead today. Our mobile apps are functional but their dispatch screen is more polished. We expect to close that gap inside two quarters, but if mobile-first dispatch is your top-three need, evaluate FltLogic seriously alongside us.

Do you support Caribbean / Latin-American charter ops?

Today, technically yes — our platform runs anywhere with internet — but we don't have specific Latin-American integration partners or local-language UX. Enterprise customers in those markets are scoped per-case.

What about Part 121 operators looking at FltLogic?

FltLogic doesn't ship a pilot bidding module today. If you have Part 121 ambitions or unionized fleets, we're the better fit; they're best for Part 135 charter pure-plays.
