Dispatch & tracking

One ops board releases and tracks inter-facility transfers and scene flights, so the mission lives in the system rather than only on the radio. It replaces reconstructing the mission timeline from the radio log afterward.

What's in Dispatch & tracking

Every capability in this part of the Helicopter HEMS (Part 135) workspace.

Dispatch

Trip release and ops board for inter-facility and scene flights.

One ops board releases and tracks inter-facility transfers and scene flights, so the mission lives in the system rather than only on the radio. It replaces reconstructing the mission timeline from the radio log afterward.

Live tracking + share links

FlightAware AeroAPI position with token links a receiving hospital can open without a login (bring your own key).

Live position and ETA come from FlightAware's AeroAPI, and a token share link lets a receiving hospital coordinator see the inbound aircraft without a login or an account. This uses your own AeroAPI key. It replaces the phone calls a coordinator makes for position and ETA.

Crew credentials

Type ratings and qualifications (incl. NVG) on the credentials vault with expiry alerts.

Type ratings and qualifications — including NVG currency — live on the credentials vault with expiry alerts, so a lapsing qualification surfaces before it benches a crew member. It replaces tracking specialty currencies on a side list.
